The position

Sales administrator (F/M)

 

Job description :

Reporting to both the Sales Administration Supervisor and Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the administrative and commercial follow-up for our customers in the German speaking region. Acting as a key liaison between sales representatives and clients, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Providing administrative support to regional sales representatives,
  • Registering and monitoring orders (both series and prototypes),
  • Facilitating communication between clients and various internal departments within the TiMOTION Group, including our headquarters in Taiwan,
  • Following up on payments and managing overdue invoice reminders in collaboration with the accounting department,
  • Maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients.

Your profile :

  • Holder of a minimum bachelor’s degree,
  • Prior experience in administration is preferred.

Your skills :

  • Bilingual in German and English, with good knowledge of French,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Availability: Immediate
