manufacturer, La-Z-Boy.

The Silver Medal is recognized annually at La-Z-Boy’s Annual Supplier Summit.

TiMOTION earned an impressive customer service rating of 98.9, highlighting our unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier support to our valued partners.

Additionally, we received a quality score of 92.5, emphasizing our commitment to upholding the utmost standards in both our products and services.

This year, we have overcome many tough challenges, such as price adjustments and personnel changes. In that regard, I would like to thank the administrative
